Interaction Design is concerned with designing interactions between users and digital systems. Lack of feedback, unclear processes or unexpected reactions often lead to uncertainty.

VR & AR experiences are immersive digital experiences using virtual or augmented reality. They are used when complex products, rooms or processes are to be experienced realistically.
