• Completed studies or relevant professional experience in customer success, account management or project environment
• Skills in Project- and stakeholder management
• Good understanding of processes, quality and structured collaboration
• Fun at Relationship Management and at long-term customer loyalty
• Distinctive communication skills & confident appearance
• Reliable & proactive way of working
• Strong communication skills
• openness for interdisciplinary project work and development
• German language skills are preferred
